Panther Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced technical director for a large HRIS contract, based in Northern Virginia (Dulles corridor). The roles will be full-time, you will be an employee of our client company, not contractors. THIS POSITION IS DESIGNATED AS SECURITY ASSESSED - CANDIDATES MUST HAVE US CITIZENSHIP AND HAVE OR BE ELIGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE STATUS. Experience and requirements Works directly for the project manager. Manages large, complex technical initiatives in support of transition services contract projects. May include management of the development of automated or non-automated systems, concepts, initiatives, and studies. Reviews and approves all deliverables prior to submission to the project manager. Identifies required subcontractors and vendors and recommends their use. May manage subcontractor work. Approves subcontractor/vendor products for acceptance and invoices for payment.
